I'm Seb
Since graduating as a Physio in 2011, Seb has worked in all areas from elite sports to nursing homes. Work and study has taken him all across the globe from his hometown in Perth, to working in the NHS (UK), studying specialised movement courses in Belfast and Barcelona, and volunteering in Central and South America. Having moved to the Sunshine Coast in January 2019, Seb started a premium movement facility where like-minded people work to improve their health through specialized strength training. He has developed and refined the Injury Prevention Program that reverses the predictable impairments due to the one sided dominant nature of tennis combined with the modern day lifestyle.
